GNM Companies is a family-owned and operated construction business that has served Arizona for over 25 years. We specialize in rough carpentry of multifamily, student housing, assisted living, and commercial turnkey projects. We are a minority-owned business that prioritizes integrity and strong partnerships. We foster an environment of diligent and tenacious individuals who are dedicated to the successful completion of our projects.

What We Offer

GNM’s knowledge and experience throughout Arizona allows us to provide valuable insights to our clients and efficient management of projects. We have built and maintained a local, attentive presence with a large workforce of professional, qualified carpenters. Our field team can frame 12,000-15,000 sq. ft. a week, per project.

We know every project is unique and may require additional arrangements. Projects with limited space, high traffic areas, fire resistance ratings and material, required Section 3 reporting, prevailing wage- we’ve seen it all. We can offer off-site material storage, panelized wall design and fabrication, efficient material procurement, quality reporting, and more. GNM has solutions for whatever a project may need.

GNM partners with a reliable network of longstanding suppliers and clients that allow prosperous, consistent performance, and quality craftsmanship. Our executive team personally oversee a project from bidding to completion. We have created a high level of accessibility that enables us to manage day to day operations and act fast when unexpected challenges arise.

We work closely with our clients to ensure that project schedules, budget, safety standards, and speed are maintained and bottlenecks in subsequent production are prevented.
